Does ReplyRight post replies automatically without my approval?
Only if you want it to. By default, every reply goes into your queue as a draft for you to review and approve before it's published. You can switch to auto-publish mode for platforms where you're comfortable with the drafts — but that's always your call.
Which review platforms does ReplyRight support?
Google Business Profile and Yelp are supported at launch, with TripAdvisor and additional platforms rolling out next. You'll see all available integrations inside the platform, and can request new ones.
Will the responses actually sound like me — or like a robot?
The whole point of ReplyRight is that they don't sound generic. You configure your tone, preferred language, and sign-off style. The AI uses those settings on every response, and you can edit any draft before sending.
What happens with negative reviews?
